1. A vegan diet helps you reduce the risk of many diseases such as cardiovascular disease, stroke, colorectal cancer, diabetes etc.. It makes you a lot more energetic than meat and helps you feel calm.

2. In order to produce 1 pound of beef, a cow has to be fed 11 pounds of grains that human can eat. If you cut 1 pound of your beef consumption per week, you can indirectly create 11 pounds of grains every week and share it to people starving in the third world.

3. Livestock creates a lot of environmental problems such as global warming and desertification. If you reduce your meat consumption, you can help the environment better.

4. You don’t want to see how those animals are raised and slaughtered…
